When you go to the site click the drop down box where it says "Choose your location" on the top right hand corner and then click "Contact us" and to request tags, type in the message box, your name and email then in the actual message box tell them the total amount of tags you need and give your address in the same box and it takes 1-2 weeks to get the tags in :) They come in regular mail.
